Twitter Inc on Tuesday said it will buy Indian mobile phone marketing start-up ZipDial, reportedly for $30 million to $40 million, as the U.S. microblogging service looks to expand in the world's second-biggest mobile market.

Bangalore, India-based startup Little Eye Labs confirmed that it has been bought by social media giant Facebook for an amount between the range $10 million and $15 million.
Kumar Rangaranjan, one of the founders of Indian startup Little Eye Labs, told the Wall Street Journal that it was in preliminary discussions with social media giant Facebook regarding a potential deal.
