Bouygues SA is probably going to be acquired through a multi lateral deal. Though the deal appears for €10 Billion in total, Altice will have to pay €4 Billion. The rest deal amount will be paid by Orange SA, SFR and Illiad SA.

Along with reporting its fourth quarter performance, France telecommunication company Orange SA also report the acquisition plan. The company needs more weeks to have approval from antitrust authorities.
Altice, founded by French-Israeli phone-industry entrepreneur Patrick Drahi, seeks to raise €750 million ($1 billion) in an initial public offering at the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Proceeds from the deal will be used to reduce its debt.
The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported on Friday, including Microsoft, Comcast, Green Dot, Goldman Sachs and others.
The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for Orange SA declined as both sales revenues and share prices also declined.
