Chipotle, the fast food chain, is facing federal investigation following multiple back-to-back outbreaks of E.Coli, norovirus and Salmonella which affected hundreds of people in more than nine states. The company has proposed a shutdown of all its operations for a few hours to hold an emergency meeting regarding this food safety crisis.

Chipotle Mexican Grill re-open their 43 restaurant who was closed down due to E.coli outbreak since earlier this month. After health officials in Oregon and Washington State did not find E.coli in the sample taken from the restaurants.
Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. is preparing to reopen its 43 restaurants in Washington and Oregon which had closed following E. Coli food poisoning cases. Tech Times reported that health officials declared that the restaurant chain could reopen its restaurants as early as Wednesday, Nov. 11, after batch of tests revealed negative E. coli results of food samples.
Foster Farms said consumers should not worry about the company's chicken products amidst the salmonella outbreak traced back to its plants.
