Instagram, the mobile photo sharing service of Facebook Inc, has signed a $50 million advertising deal with Omnicom Group, according to sources interviewed by Bloomberg.

The scheduled $35.1 bilion tie-up of both advertising giants Omnicom and Publicis, would be pushed to mid-2014 as the latest date, as announced by both Chief Executives on Thursday.
After the announcement of their merger, Omnicom and Publicis are now targeting industry giants like Google, Tweeter and Facebook for their advertising.
