Fintech company Coin has bounced back from its near failure and partner Visa and MasterCard in providing integrated payment service. Meanwhile regulators are preparing set of regulation for fintech innovation.

Korean biggest technology company, Samsung today announces that its Samsung Pay service is now accepting credit and debit card from Chase Banks. The new announcement set its service in par with other rivals such as Apple Pay and Android Pay.

Apple Pay is stealing consumer's loyalty in multiple countries. After the introduction of rival services Samsung Pay and Google's Android Pay, Apple Pay also considers the need to expand itself, especially to China which represents as significant business opportunity for mobile-payments systems.

The company Gogoro will start shipping preordered Gogoro Smart Scooter in Taipei. The Taiwanese company started to accept orders on June 27 adding up Gogoro Plus, Gogoro's newest series in silver, blue, orange and yellow. The basic model costs $4000 while Gogoro Plus costs $4300.

We've seen the teaser at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) a few weeks back and now Apple Pay is set to launch in the UK on July 14. Apple Pay has confirmed 22 local partners, including Marks and Spencer, Starbucks, Dune London, Waitrose, the Post Office, and Transport for London (TfL). The partnership with TfL is especially anticipated to provide utmost convenience as it covers the Tube and an array of bus, trains, and tram lines. It also works with over 20 apps, including British Airways, Hotels.com, Domino's, and Zara.

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd's (BABA.N) finance arm and smartphone maker Xiaomi Inc [XTC.UL] said on Thursday they will jointly develop mobile payment systems using wearable technology, a first for China's major tech firms.

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd said it would buy mobile wallet provider LoopPay as it tries to gain a share in the mobile payments market, which its archrival Apple Inc recently entered with Apple Pay.
