Canadian telecom services provider Mitel Networks Corp (MNW.TO) (MITL.O) said on Monday it has withdrawn its bid to buy smaller U.S. peer ShoreTel Inc (SHOR.O), after ShoreTel refused to engage in any talks regarding a potential transaction.
