Three out of five Aussies considers emoji as the universal language for messaging. OPPO Mobile Australia has released Aussie Emoji Keyboard reflecting the spirit of Aussie culture. Primarily the keyboard features more than 40 Australian themed emojis and available only for the Android users for free in the Google Play Store.

The emoji features a koala wearing a pair of sunglasses, and will appear automatically when a user tweets using the hashtag #AustraliaDay. An event on Tuesday marks the opening of the digital celebration one week prior to the national holiday on January 26. Australian netizens are also encouraged to tweet their stories and views on the holiday.
Google's android update has been equipped with several new features taking the smart watches further up on the value chain. Android wear watches update is available with Moto 360, LG G Watch R, Samsung Gear Live, Sony Smart watch, etc. The rolling out of android wear update is being expanded gradually to other devices.
