Google's android update has been equipped with several new features taking the smart watches further up on the value chain. Android wear watches update is available with Moto 360, LG G Watch R, Samsung Gear Live, Sony Smart watch, etc.  The rolling out of android wear update is being expanded gradually to other devices.

By just flicking of the wrist, users can access apps and contacts as android wear responds to select navigation gestures. The salient feature among new applications in android update is the flexibility to keep any app on the watch face. Before this, the watch face was appearing all the time. 
Google and Motorola put in efforts to enhance performance of android wear, according to a news report.

In addition to its usual Wi-Fi facility, android update comes with features such as the facility to draw emoji on smart watch display and the ability to scroll through an app stream by flicking the wrist. It now also supports pairing of smart watches to multiple smart phones. Users can also change font size as they like. It's estimated that over 4,000 apps are specifically available for android wear. The new apps on android wear include Uber, Foursquare, CityMapper, etc. 

The always-on screen facility enables users to see the screen any time, which means no need for twisting or shaking to see what time it is. It will not disappear when the users drop their arms. The watch face is visible as long as users need them. emojis are essential part of modern communication and the new android wear update enables users send emojis to the contacts. One can easily use this emojis facility by selecting 'Draw emojis' option. The watch will automatically recognizes the emoji, that user is selecting. 

The android wear update also enables users to identify incoming notifications, while they're on other applications.The new update will also lock the screen when the users aren't wearing the watch as the new screen lock feature detects whether user is wearing it or not.It takes some time to find out the response to the new android update as the industry leader Apple has already rolled out its first update for Apple Watch.
