Swiss banking group Credit Suisse has put up for sale its remaining limited partnership interests in leveraged buyout firm DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. British private equity firm Coller Capital will be acquiring the assets.
Student rental marketplace FlatClub raised USD1.5 million from angel investors and venture capitalists to build more transient rooms and apartments across the US and Europe.
Sources said that Coller Capital is buying shares of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners.
