Boeing is in talks to repurchase Spirit AeroSystems, the manufacturer of fuselages for its 737 Max jets, as both companies address manufacturing flaws in the aircraft.

After Spirit AeroSystems detected two mis-drilled holes on certain fuselages, Boeing may need to repair 50 undelivered 737 MAX aircraft.
