It goes without saying that this powerhouse real estate mogul, angel investor, landlord, and e-commerce entrepreneur has a lot on his plate. As a self-made businessman, Austin Cedeno knows firsthand what it takes to make it to the top on your own, largely through trial and error. 

Cedeno took a more unconventional route to his career, skipping out on college to teach himself sales strategies and learn how to grow his business on his own. Today, it's clear to see that his foresight and intuition into the business world have really set him apart from the rest, though it wasn't always an easy path. 

Any seasoned businessman has experienced plenty of obstacles and roadblocks in his path. But for Cedeno, those challenges came early on in his life, oftentimes coming home to a house with no food to eat, or not having enough clothing to make it through the week. Because of this, Cedeno quickly learned the value of money and picked up on the skills that he needed to obtain it.

Given his life experience and where he comes from, Cedeno often finds himself able to excel in highly stressful scenarios. He has the ability to think quickly and find the best solution to the problem. Even still, he explains that the effects of burnout are a whole different ball game. 

At the age of 26, Cedeno notes that burnout is just starting to hit him. He's worked and hustled nonstop since he was about 12 years old (more than half of his life). Now, whenever he's feeling burnt out, meditation is a great tool for him; he recognizes the importance of slowing down your mind and showing gratitude for what you have. Aside from meditation, walks with his dogs or days spent at the beach can always cheer Cedeno up. 

There's plenty more in store for Cedeno. This young real estate developer and entrepreneur doesn't show signs of slowing down anytime soon.
