Trading has become increasingly popular in the last few years, and especially since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.

Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic almost shut the world down, the number of people that started to flock to trading apps to increase their income surged drastically.

This sudden increase could be attributed to the fact that, at its core, trading is a simple transaction game that promises significant gains in a short time, and because people suddenly had a lot more time on their hands that they could invest into this new venture.

Manuel Sanchez has been playing the trading game since 2012, and by now, he has learned all the ins and outs of trading. When he first started trading, he was too fascinated with the opportunities that trading offered, including the possibility of living a lucrative life without the limits of a classic job.

Still, as Manuel Sanchez points out, everything that offers huge gains carries the risk of losing, and in most cases, the losses can be huge. As Manuel further explains, all of that was just a part of the learning process, especially failure.

However, nobody likes to fail in whatever they are doing. When failure happens, people start to doubt their skills and capabilities, and they usually opt out to instead take the easier option.

Manuel points out that there is another, better way to deal with failure; sticking with something and continuing to try, even though it's a much harder path to take, can pay big dividends down the line.

"I created a company with my father many years ago that, initially, was a huge success. Unfortunately, due to several bad choices, the company later failed," says Manuel. "But that was the lesson that will last me a lifetime, as it taught me how to deal with failures and how to get up stronger."

As Manuel further explains, after every failure, he reminded himself that the failure was not about him as a person, but about his skills and capabilities that he had control over-skills and abilities that could be learned and further improved.

For Manuel, the true secret of success is the ability to face and accept failure with dignity and embrace it as a learning opportunity.

"Instead of dwelling and sulking, accept failure as something that can happen to anyone," says Manuel. "Shift the focus onto the reasons why the failure happened. Discover what can be learned from it and what can be done to strengthen the game for the next venture, even if it's under unfavorable conditions."

Trading is perceived as one of the most lucrative professions. While the concept of trading is easy to understand, there are millions of intricacies involved in successful trades, and they can't be casually picked up. Most traders who lack proper education lose money.

The Secret to Success Is Your Mindset

Sanchez believes the only tool needed for success is the right mindset.

"As a trader, you have to be objective and rely on your rational thinking, not what others advise or recommend. If you start a business, you have to set goals and work to reach them. You have to be focused and not let others get in the way. Passion, drive, desire. You have all the tools needed to leave your mark," Sanchez says.

Help From Others Will Only Get You So Far

Sanchez advises all beginner traders to seek help from those who are more experienced. But, as he says, no one can succeed if they rely on support from others too much.

"Trading takes time, dedication, and a lot of work. This is the only way to achieve success, and not just in trading. You need to learn from serious people who have made trading their profession. In the beginning, you need support and education, but how far you go remains entirely up to you," Sanchez says.

When You Rely on Yourself, You At Least Have to Try

Starting a business or making a first trade is undoubtedly a scary undertaking, but Sanchez believes that people should face their fears on their own, not by asking someone to do it with them or for them.

"Being on your own will make you step out of your comfort zone. Sometimes you will succeed. Other times you will fail. But don't let failure discourage you. It is inevitable, and we all should learn how to grow through failure," Sanchez says.

No one needs to get started from scratch, though; the Kobra Team official website is there for initial help. They offer plenty of free materials that can help anyone get started with trading.
