The Vivo Xplay 5S have already surfaced online for quite several times. November of last year, the handset has been leaked and until today it has not been released to the public. However, there are some latest speculations that the Xplay 5S will finally be launched in 2016 with some new rumored specifications.

Phone Arena reports that the Vivo Xplay 5S will sport a 6-inch screen with 2.5D glass and a 2160 by 3840 4K resolution. Under the hood, the handset is alleged to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. In addition, it will include a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.

Camerawise, it will boast a 21-megapixel rear shooter and a 12-megapixel front snapper for video calls and selfies. Moreover, it is rumored to come in 4000mAh battery as well as Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box.

Originally, the Vivo Xplay 5S has been rumored almost a year ago. There were speculations which might not hold true today anymore, since the company have tweaked some of its alleged specifications. Back in November 2014, the Xplay 5S is set to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 or 810 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and 2560 by 1440 resolution. Hence, these rumors were now changed.

Nothing else have been reported with regards to the specifications of the forthcoming Vivo Xplay 5S. The company might still be tweaking some of the device's features and will be ready for launching in 2016.

Unfortunately, there are still no confirmations from the company yet. It is uncertain if the abovementioned release date, features, and specifications are true.

Nevertheless, everyone hopes that the new Vivo Xplay 5S will be launched sometime next year. All Vivo users and spectators will be delighted to see this yet another groundbreaking innovation from the company. Definitely, it will be as promising as its previous handsets were.
