Google Nexus 7 (2013) on T-Mobile officially receives the over-the-air (OTA) Android 6.0 Marshmallow update after a long process under manufacturer development. The software update has been approved to launch and is now currently available.
T-Mobile has finally released earlier today the most sought-after Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade to Google Nexus 7 (2013) and is expected to finish two weeks from now. As expected, Marshmallow will bring in a set of new features and enhancements.
The news was first confirmed through a track list mounted on the mobile carrier's software update support page. The track list was designed to keep tabs on the current status of Android 6.0 Marshmallow to a bunch of handset devices from Samsung, LG, HTC and Google.
As predicted in the preceding months, the biggest update in Android history will roll out to Nexus 7 (2013) and a few other Nexus devices. Before reaching the "Complete" stage of Android development, Nexus 7 (2013) went through a series of tests from the manufacturer's end up to the carrier which took the update long to finish.

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow is also currently rolling out to Google Nexus 5 and Nexus 9 devices. Meanwhile, Nexus 6 owners can expect to receive the update anytime soon since the device is now under the testing stage.
