Kate Middleton and Prince William's little princess may have just recently made her debut, but she is already capturing everyone's hearts. Baby Charlotte is set to have her christening this weekend and everyone is excited.

Baby Charlotte is just over three months old and is already getting worldwide attention. According to a report with People Magazine, the little princess will be having her christening just before her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II heads north for Scotland for a summer break in July.

As expected, the little princess' christening will take place at  Anglican Church of St. Mary Magdalene, unlike the previous royal baby christenings which took place at Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace in London. Baby Charlotte will be wearing the traditional christening gown that the royal babies have been wearing to their christenings in the recent years. The handmade gown was designed by the Queen's assistant, Angela Kelly.

The service itself will be a private closed-door one, but well-wishers who wish to catch a glimpse of the royal princess as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton will be treated to catch a glimpse of the royal family. An official statement from the Palace announced that the event will be held on July 5.

"The Duke and Duchess are hugely grateful for the warm wishes they have received since Princess Charlotte's birth - many of them from local people in Norfolk - and are delighted the paddock can be opened on the day of the christening," the statement said.

Mario Testino, the famed celebrity portrait photographer who famously captured the late Princess Diana's beauty as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton's engagement photos will be the official photographer for the event.

Well-wishers may also catch a glimpse of Prince George, who will be turning 2 this July 22. The toddler is reportedly "getting along well" with the new princess.
