'Minecraft' Xbox One Edition DLC Update: ' FREE 'Legend of Zelda' simulation game, ' The Simpsons' Skin Pack now available

'The Simpsons' Skin Pack for 'Minecraft' now available on Xbox One, Xbox 360 for download including 'Legends of Zelda' simulation gamer released for free. (Photo : 4J Studios)

The world's funniest cartoon family, 'The Simpsons', comes as the newest Minecraft Skin Pack with timed exclusivity for Xbox One, Xbox 360 editions including a free 'Legends of Zelda' simulation game, Microsoft announced. 

This new Skin Pack confirmed via Xbox Wire lets 'Minecraft' players to create a version of Springfield alongside the entire Simpsons famiy plus nineteen other Springfield Elementary School characters that is now available for $2.99.

Other than the whole Simpsons family, characters include Springfield Elementary School's principal Seymour Skinner, Edna Krabappel, Willie, Otto Mann, Dewey Largo, Superintendent Gary Chalmers, the kids Milhouse Van Houten, Nelson Muntz, Jimbo Jones, Ralph Wiggum, Martin Prince, Uter, Janey Powell, Sherri and Terri, bullies and misfits Kearney, Dolph, Database and Janey Powell.

Console versions developer, 4J Studios, has also provided some updates to non-Xbox One, Xbox 360 owners regarding the DLCs packs on other platforms. The 'Minecraft' Xbox One Edition is not the only one to receive add-ons for the game .

"We are aiming for all DLC packs to arrive on Sony platforms, just takes time to sort that out," 4J Studios confirmed on Twitter.

Thus, Minecraft 'The Simpsons' DLC pack will be heading to PS4, PS3 and PS Vita versions as well. More news will come in following the Game Developers Conference 2015 this week where 4J Studios makes an appearance.

Fans can also love a all-new 'Minecraft' goldmine, 'The Legend of Zelda' version. Daily Dot noted that creators of the project lead designer Evan and lead programmer Jon have created a functioning simulation game of 'The Legend of Zelda' in 'Minecraft.'

It's beyond creating a mere representation of the Zelda universe block-by-block but creators had to program a computer that would log the development and use command blocks as the basics of the functioning simulation game.
