K-Pop Taecyeon has finally got in between the war between fans of his group 2PM and fans of another idol group Teen Top, AllKPop reports. Hottests (2PM fans) and Angels (Teen Top) have been exchanging harsh comments against each other through social media.

Teacyeon took to Twitter to stop the fan war. He tweeted, "Whether you are a Hottest or a Angel, let's stop~ As your oppas are important to you, our fans are important to us~ In the time you insult each other and tear at each other, look at oppas faces once more and think of yourself as buddah, and let it pass~ Life is too short even when you look at pretty things, right?"

The fan war started after 2PM main vocalist Jun.K's ambiguous tweet, "Sajaegi? #EVERYBODYKNOWS," Korean Updates reports. "Sajaegi" happens when an agency buys the album of their talent in bulk in an effort to project success in the market and music shows.

While nothing was confirmed, some fans took the controversial tweet as to one pertaining to an alleged chart manipulation. This was after Teen Top won over 2PM on Music Bank on September 26.

Hottests and Angels started to exchange harsh comments, defending their respective idol groups. As the online war heats up, Taecyeon spoke up, telling the fans to stop.

Meanwhile, 2PM recently held an autograph-signing event in Apgujeoung, Seoul on September 25, KpopStarz reports. This was after the successful release of their fourth studio album "Go Crazy."

The group will release the "Grand Edition" of "Go Crazy" today, September 29. This was after Korean network KBS deemed three remix versions of their album "unsuitable for broadcast."

The network released a statement saying "We were concerned it would negatively affect the mental stress of teens." In this regard, the group had to change some of the lyrics.

Despite negative comments thrown at 2PM's newest song, "Go Crazy" ranked high in major music charts in Korea and Japan.
