Indegene buys Total Therapeutics Management to expand US presence

Global marketing solutions company Indegene has purchased Total Therapeutic Management (TTM), according to PM Live.

The acquisition of Atlanta-based TTM will enable Indegene to expand its presence in the US. Indegene provides marketing solutions to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life science organizations in the US, the report detailed.

Established in 1995, TTM provides quality improvement, clinician engagment, and outcomes reserach services to clients including the Federal Government, the report added.

Dr. Rajesh Nair, president of Indegene, said of the deal: "This transaction expands Indegene Healthcare's presence in the commercial and federal healthcare markets and increases our quality solution portfolio. We are delighted to have the TTM team join us."

Under the terms of the said deal, TTM will retain its management and organizational structure. It will operate as Indegene TTM. Nair also said TTM's clients will receive the same quality of service from the newly merged company, PM Live reported.
