Multimedia Plus announced the successful conclusion of their private financing with individual investors. Multimedia Plus is a New York based technology company and provider of award winning learning and communications for the world's leading brands. Multimedia Plus enables brands to easily track training efficiency through their integrated e-learning platform, QuizScore.com. They also help in the delivery of rich media training experiences.

"This new financing will allow us to accelerate our growth plans," said David Harouche, president of Multimedia Plus.  "We will use these funds to significantly expand our sales efforts to the retail industry as well as to begin exploring expansion to other industries."

Seperately, David Harouche also announced that Ernest Pomerantz has joined the company's board of directors.  Ernie Pomerantz served as Chairman for StoneWater Capital LLC and brings in more than 30 years experience in private equity and venture investing. Pomerantz was a partner at the MESA Partners and for the Warburg Pincus & Co. He also served as a Vice President for Kuhn Loeb & Co.
