Since the successful release of NBA 2K16 in September, 2K Sports has continually shown efforts to improve the popular Basketball sim game with the latest roster update, cool new jerseys for a number of teams, and the patch no. 3 for PC and Xbox One which first hit PS4 just recently.
Design & Trend reports that the developer has now added one of the most recognized jerseys of Phoenix Suns team in NBA 2K16. For the uninformed, PHXRising jersey which is comprised of gray, black and orange palette represents the ash, smoke and embers of Phoenix, the mythological bird, where the team got its moniker. It also appears to similrar to the iconic Suns uniform introduced in 1973 with the integration of elements like the Old West PHOENIX font across the front and the classic sunbursts on the shorts.
In addition, 2K Sports has also included several new uniforms the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Memphis Grizzlies, Brooklyn Nets, Houston Rockets and Washington Wizards. Both The Knicks and Grizzlies have two new Hardwood Classic jerseys while the other teams have stretch jerseys.
Gamers must note that consistently, the jerseys are tied to the latest roster update and if used in one of the existing save files, they have to start over. The up and down ratings are provided as follows:
