GoPro Hero 5's October release was moved further to 2016 (no specific date) to make way for more improvement of the action camera. It is now rumored to be equipped with the ability to capture 8K resolution videos at 60 frames per second and to shoot 3D mode as well as a price cut that is lower compared to its older brothers.

Samsung has yet to abandon the fight with the market leader Apple. According to news, the Korean-based tech giant is currently prepping up for the official release of their Galaxy Note 5 and Gear VR on August 13. Although this move might attrack more buyers but tech experts are looking to the possibility that Samsung will be again left behind when Apple will release their products in September.

Tech experts were disappointed to learn that Apple's own light splitter technology was not equipped in their flagship phone, the iPhone 6, but the reviews of the phone's camera is good enough overshadow the expert's disappointment. The iPhone 6's camera is equipped with an improved image stabilization and focus. These two major improvements have improved the quality of the images taken significantly, as compared to the iPhone 6's older siblings and competitors.

Photos of iPhone 6's final assembly were making waves online but apparently, other components of the phone were also leaked and is now gaining attention to the community. The components that were leaked are the phone's Flex Cable, Home Button holder and camera ring. Apple went back to its roots when they decided to make the Flex Cable single component like what they used when it was first introduced in the iPhone 4 era, while the rest of the components was the same as what the Phone 6 used. Prior to Apple's formal release of their much-anticipated handset the iPhone 6s, leaked photos of the phone's final assembly are being leaked online. The alleged leaked photos suggest that it will be equipped with Apple Force Touch Technology, which was first introduced in the Apple Watch and the recently released MacBooks. The technology will feature a new experience for the users as it will improve the phone's user interface capabilities. Aside from the iPhone 6s, it is also rumored that Apple will also release their iPhone 6s Plus, which will be equipped with the same specs and features but with a larger screen and higher resolution. Apple is expected to drop the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus this coming September.

Despite Samsung's aggressive marketing of their flagship phones Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the Korean consumer electronics manufacturer has suffered billion of dollars in losses for five consecutive quarters. To compensate the loss of their mobile phone division, Samsung has decided to cut down the prices of their Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. The decision to cut down the price is also to keep up with their bitter rival and market leader Apple.

Motorola's Moto X Style and OnePlus' OnePlus 2 will be released soon in the market and it is expected for these two to perform very well because of two things, price and features. The Moto X and OnePlus will be offered at $399 and $329, respectively. Tech experts also compared the two and Moto X Style was the obvious winner, but the OnePlus 2 has something that might be a game changer.

The iPhone 6s will be officially released in September and the leaked photos of its casing is indeed true and correct that there will be no tweak in its design as it carries the same image of the iPhone 6. However, it is rumored that the iPhone 6s will be a little bit bigger than its predecessor, outside. Inside, there were major overhauls that was done under its hood and extra features that are not present in the iPhone 6.

Samsung's will be formally launched on August 13th, but considering that the official launch of the product is just barely 2 weeks from now, there are still rumors of what to expect on Samsung Galaxy Note 5. A recent rumor said that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5's processor will be the Samsung Exynos 7422 which is an Exynos CPU inspired chipset. The Exynos 7422 is also rumored to be equipped with an integrated GPU and modem.

Apple and Samsung were the front liners with regards to smartphones. Time and time again, they have proved to their competitors that it takes more than a cheap priced smartphone for them to get beaten. But, a little over year ago, a not so popular phone manufacturer, OnePlus, shook the industry when they introduced the excellently packed OnePlus One smartphone at a very cheap price. Recently, the company is on the hunt again, when they officially announced that they will be releasing the OnePlus One's predecessor, the OnePlus 2.

The iOS 9 has been promising a lot of things like an improved battery life, improved security, maps, Siri, and HomeKit just to name a few. However, these are mere promises until the operating system is launched formally. Nonetheless, technology experts who are involved in the tests are impressed so far with iOS 9's improved features and fixed on old iOS 8 applications. The iOS 9 is also expected to be released officially this coming September.

Apple will be releasing another phone this coming September and the industry can't wait what will it be, is it the more improved, faster, slightly bigger, and Siri featured iPhone 6s or the rumored first solar powered iPhone 7? Nonetheless, regardless if what iPhone it would be, it is very sure and logical to assume that Apple will be again the race leader when September comes.

2014 breakaway star OnePus will again try it this year when they company formally launched their flaship phone the OnePlus 2. The OnePlus 2 smartphone/Phablet will have a 5.5-inch Full HD display and will boasts the ultra fast Snapdragon 810 processor. The phone is also equipped with OnePlus' state of the art camera phone technology the Optical Image Stabilisation. It will be released in major countries like the US and Europe by August 11.

Leaked photos of Apple's iPhone 6s were all over the place and it doesn't look nice. The images that were leaked were carbon copies of the Apple's iPhone 6, nonetheless. It doesn't bear any tweaks or new designs or anything that will make it stand out from its older brother. However, some experts acknowledged the fact that the photos don't have a credible source and there is a chance that these photos are old images of the Apple's iPhone 6.

Samsung Galaxy maybe old but with a recent update on its operating system and price cut, we might see a resurrection of the once king of the smartphone. Android has recently announced that old versions of Android operating system can now be updated, using a custom ROM, to have the old OS run like their newest 5.1.1 Lollipop. The Samsung Galaxy S3 was officially released in 2012 and runs in Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
