Tom Cook, Mike Chan, and Scott Cyrole are former employees of Google, HTC, and Apple announced that they will be bringing a smartphone that will outperform and out duel the market leaders come September 1. Cook and Chan were both former executives of Google while Cyrole was a former chief designer of HTC.
