Belgian chemical firm Solvay completes acquisition of US-based Plextronics

Two weeks after receiving approval from the US bankruptcy court in Delaware, Brussels, Belgium-based chemical firm Solvay completed the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based electronics company Plextronics Inc to enhance its OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) electronic display capabilities.
