Google's very own social network Google+ bumps up to v6.3, reportedly to come with native post sharing integration for efficient post sharing to Android. The improved Google+ app also displays a new round icon to adopt to the latest Google rebranding.

Google+ is the Big G's social media platform, its challenger to Facebook. Android Police reports that Google+ can be seen as a good social network because of the way it presents content in a simple and clean manner without annoying ads. It bears Google's minimalist and uncluttered design suitable for business purposes.

Previously, sharing a post in Google+ means copying the link to the device's clipboard, opening the app, and pasting the copied link. But native sharing will eliminate the round-about ways of post sharing once it enters Google+. Android Authority reports that Google+ v6.3 is under tests to bring True Post Sharing to the social network.

Users can access the feature by tapping on the 3-dot icon that shows up on the upper right corner of the screen. It will show options including "Share Link". By tapping this option, the post sharing window pops out. It is said to work on both LG G4 and Nexus 6 devices.

The sharing feature is not the just the new thing coming to Google+. It also dons a new icon following the look of Google's new branding. NDTV Gadgets reports that the new Google logo represents the brand as more than just a search engine with its wide reach in different types of devices - be it smartphones, desktops, or tablets.

From a serif logotype, Google has evolved its logo to Sans Serif to equal its new holding company, Alphabet. However, it still retains the four-color tonal scheme of blue, green, orange, and red which is the most distinguishing characteristic of the Google brand.

With the advent of the new Google logo, many apps are also being updated aside from Google+. Among these is the upped Google Map with its new logo, interface, bug fixes, and ETA comparison options between commuting, walking, or driving a vehicle. Google Translate, Google Wallet, and Google News and Weather are also included in the list of updated apps.

The new Google+ native sharing integration can save on time and taps and can help users get the best out of the social platform. The APK version for Android is now up and ready for download in APK Mirror.
