According to a report by information technology news site CNet, some of Apple Inc's 200 million customers had complained in company forums about the new parallax and zoom features of its new operating software iOS 7.  Many of the iPhone and iPad owners complained of headaches, vertigo and nausea, which are some classical symptoms of motion sickness.

A forum post read, "The zoom animations everywhere on the new iOS 7 are literally making me nauseous and giving me a headache. It's exactly how I used to get car sick if I tried to read in the car."

CNet combed through several posts and found that similar issues were reported as early as last week. Apple reportedly addressed the problem by saying that  some of the operating system's features could be switched off. Some posts revealed that many users have resorted to downgrade to Apple's operating system predecessor iOS 6. CNet had reached Apple for comment but have yet to receive a response.

The launch of iOS 7 and the new iPhone models brought in a bigger boost to the company's market value. According to Apple, it had posted revenues of USD35.3 billion and a net profit of USD 6.9 billion for quarter ended June 30. Sales of its iPhone 5S and 5C was a record 9 million in the first weekend of its launch, outselling Microsoft and Amazon's quarter sales.
