Google has released the newest Android Marshmallow last month and just like other smartphone makers LG Electronics has promised to bring the update on their handsets. The roll out of Android M to LG G4 G3, G2, and G Flex 2 will be delayed, as the release of the software for G4 units in Poland was deferred.

According to an article by Gospel Herald, the roll out of Marshmallow for the LG G4 that should have happened in Poland last week has been postponed. The Korean tech giant also proclaimed that the update is temporarily suspended, but the company hasn't given any reasons or specific issues that have delayed the European rollout.

Furthermore, Geek Snack stated on its article that the reason behind the delayed roll out of Android 6.0 Marshmallow on LG G4 units in Poland was technical difficulties. It has been believed that Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be a smooth rollout, but it seems the prediction is most likely won't be happening. Android operating systems were well-known for its bugs and issues when it comes to updates, but many were expecting that things would be very different this year.

Yibada added that it is still unknown when the Android Marshmallow update will be released but the Korean electronics company will perhaps try to fix the technical problem as quick as it can. The delayed roll out is kind of a blow to the LG G4 owners as well as the company as the handlers of G4 were expecting that the Poland rollout will ultimately lead to a quicker rollout to the US and Europe. In addition, there were reports that the LG G4 together with LG Flex 2 will possibly the first two handsets to receive the Android Marshmallow.

In addition, LG G4 users having the H815 model can download the Android Marshmallow firmware and flash it onto their smartphone with the use of LG's Mobile tool. The official KDZ of the update is accessible thru XDA forums for the flashing needs. Users of these handsets should keep in mind that KDZ file is for the H815 model only and LG G4 users will need to be rooted and require the boot loader unlocked for this to be flashed.

Since the Android 6.0 Marshmallow roll out for LG G4 in Poland was delayed, this would be a domino effect on the other confirmed models to receive the update. But then, the Korean tech giant is surely doing its best to fix the problem as soon as possible. Users of LG G Flex 2, G2 and G3 will have to wait a little longer as the update will reach these handsets after the G4.
