Dreamworks Acquires AwesomenessTV

Dreamworks purchases AwesomenessTV for at least US$150 million. In a move to secure an online platform for its family oriented movies, DreamWorks Animation SKG has entered into an agreement to purchase the YouTube network AwesomenessTV.
