Following the fuss and frenzy brought by HTC's advanced user interface Sense 7 that debuted with One M9, One M8 owners are now scratching and scrambling in excitement as HTC has recently announced that Sense 7 is coming to M8 very soon when Android M releases.

HTC Vice President for Product Management Mo Versi posted via Twitter the good news in response to a querying follower when is Sense 7 coming to One M8 devices. Versi tweeted back: Sense 7 on One M8 "will be tied to the M release. Thanks."

Another HTC follower on Twitter asked the executive whether or not One M8 is getting an Android M treatment. Versi replied: "...Appreciate your support. Yes, the M8 will receive the M OS update."

Earlier reports suggest that Google is on the verge of releasing its new mobile operating system by this month. However, neither Google nor the Taiwanese tech giant confirmed the supposed big revelation. Versi, who is known in giving hints by answering tweets on Twitter, also kept mum on the said reports.

Analysis reports meanwhile say HTC One M8 will have a glimpse of Sense 7 by the end of the year or early in 2016 since Android M is yet to release this fall according to rumors.

On the other news, HTC One M8 is said to skip the Android 5.1 Lollipop update to keep up with the other competitive brands in the market who are in the front line of updating their devices with the latest Android, including Samsung, LG, Sony, and Google. Several news reports claim that HTC has been reported to be struggling with its smartphone sales.

Some forecast reports see that Android M will be huge revelation from Google, and that it will supersede the publicity of KitKat's transition to Lollipop. Features expected to hit phones with Android M update include an app drawer, a fingerprint scanner, a rotating home screen,

Back in summer, rumor spread that the pilot devices who will also get the first taste of Android M are Samsung Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, HTC One M9, Google Nexus 5, 6 and Sony Xperia Z4. However, there is no confirmation from the tech titan yet.
