Alcatel's most recent flagship smartphone, the OneTouch Idol 3 is set to receive its very first and big performance update soon.  Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 is deemed to be a solid contender for OnePlus One.

According to TechnoBuffalo, Alcatel with this yet to be released first update for Idol 3 boasts its "commitment to support" for all its flagship phones. The update is expected to entail improvements in camera to enhance performance and a few software modifications to help improve the double-tap unlocking/wake feature of the smartphone. The company states that the update will also include a few general tweaks as well that will work towards boosting the overall performance of the phone.

The campaign is said to run in around 40+ nations covering a range of marketing avenues right from social media, native advertising, events, online videos, digital displays, movie theaters, and television.
