Shortly after its announcement last Friday, an image showing the Windows 10 for Phones preview, which was said to be almost similar to iPhone's iOS, was spotted. The second build (100051) for Windows 10 for phones was released to Windows Insider Program members. It is available for Lumia 1020, Lumia 1320, and many more. Features include early version of the Spartan browser, and others.
An image was leaked in the web that showed the color palette of the Windows 10 for Phones preview build. Reports noticed that the color palette looked very similar to the iPhone's iOS. Further, the interface that previously used white text on black backgrounds was also changed. An example is the Settings app and Mail experience that has been tweaked into white by default. In addition, the keyboard can now be detached from the bottom of the screen completely, which allows it to float overtop most apps.
The leaked image was spotted at Windows Mania just hours after Microsoft verified that they have another version of the Windows 10 for Phones for Windows Insider Program members. The Windows 10 for Phones preview build was announced by Gabe Aul on Twitter last Friday, stating that it would be released at 10 AM Pacific Time.
In case anyone missed the announcement on Windows Weekly: We're targeting Friday @ 10:00AM PST for next phone build.

However, Lumia 930 and Lumia Icon users cannot get the build because of "a bug with device scaling," as cited by International Business Times UK. Further, Aul reportedly said that the bug would be "addressed in the next build."
Microsoft has released a list of the phones eligible for the build:
The build has a version number 100051. This also included an early version of the Spartan browser, and Universal app versions of Outlook Mail and Outlook Calendar.
Windows 10 for phones is free to compatible smartphones running Windows Phone 8.1.
