Law & order SVU Season 16 to premiere on September 2014, Warren Leight tweets script page of premiere

The sixteen season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit also known as Law & order SVU, an American police procedural, legal, crime drama television series Created and produced by Dick Wolf, is all set for its premier on September 24, 2014.

Recently, show runner Warren Leight posted a portion of the script of Law & order SVU Season 16 premiere in his Twitter page for the fans. He tweeted, "Thank you #SVUDieHards. Here's a little #SVUSeasonPremireScriptPageSpoiler -- more to come."

The script page features the conversation between Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Nick Amaro (Danny Pino) which includes discussions about motherhood.

The premiere episode of Law & order SVU Season 16 will be 1 hour long and it will be packed for the die-hard viewers, reports Enstarz.

According to the Enstarz, Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson) has not yet signed on to direct an episode of the new season but the team hopes that she will be a part of the show as she did for the last season.

Carter Matt reports that Nick Amaro' s present family situation will be addressed and Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) time in Atlanta.  The new season will also show Rafael Barba (Raúl Esparza) moving forward.

Leight tweeted that season 16 will not be the last season in the series but the final decision is in the hands of NBC and he has little control over it, reports Carter Matt.

It is the current longest running scripted non-animated U.S. primetime TV series and is the sixth longest running scripted U.S. primetime TV series.
