'Fifty Shades of Grey' movie official trailer to be debut on July 24: author E. L. James Tweets, trailer may telecast on NBC morning show ‘Today’

Fifty Shades of Grey, an upcoming American romantic drama film directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, is all set to hit the theatres on February 13, 2015. The official trailer of the film will be released on July 24, 2014.

In a recent post, E. L. James, author of the book Fifty Shades of Grey, tweeted, "You'll get your first look at the FSoG movie trailer on July 24. I've had a sneak peek and WOW! #WeAimToPlease."

The trailer will be broadcast on next Thursday's (July 24, 2014) 'Today' show between 7.00 am -9.00 am on NBC, reports broadwayworld.com.

"TODAY Takes Off. Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan premiere an exclusive movie clip of Fifty Shades of Grey," states broadwayworld.com.

According to broadwayworld.com, 'Today' show of Friday, July 25, 2014, will telecast "Behind the scenes on set of Fifty Shades of Grey."

The new trailer is more romantic than sexy, reports Christian Today. In the trailer, Anastasia Steele, one of the lead roles in the movie played by Dakota Johnson, seems nervous but earnest. Christian Grey, another lead character portrayed by Jamie Dornan, appeared handsome and aloof.

The script for Fifty shades of Grey is co-written by Kelly Marcel, Patrick Marber and Mark Bomback. The cast members include Eloise Mumford as Kate Kavanagh, Luke Grimes as Elliot Grey, Rita Ora as Mia Grey, Victor Rasuk as José Rodriguez, Max Martini as Jason Taylor, Dylan Neal as Bob Adams, Callum Keith Rennie as Raymond "Ray" Steele, Jennifer Ehle as Carla Wilks, Marcia Gay Harden as Grace Trevelyan Grey, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as TBA, Andrew Airlie as Carrick Grey.

The film based on the best-selling novel by E. L. James is the story about a literature student Anastasia Steele and a handsome, yet tormented, billionaire named Christian Grey.
