The "Fifty Shades of Grey" film is set to come out in cinemas very soon, and fans cannot wait to see what's in store. Here are the things that we know about it so far:

The movie, which will be based on the novel of autor E.L. James, will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, and written by Kelly Marcel.

The cast: Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele, Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey, Luke Grimes as Elliot Grey, Jennifer Ehle as Carla May Wilks, Max Martini as Jason Taylor, Marcia Gay Harden as Dr. Grace Trevelyan Grey, Eloise Mumford as Kate Kavanagh, and Rita Ora as Mia Grey.

There are rumors that Taylor Johnson's husband Aaron Taylor-Johnson will also be part of the cast, but this has not yet been confirmed.

Filming has already started. Just Jared published this picture showing Dornan behind the wheel of a car.

"Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam was the one first tapped to play the Christian Grey Role, but he later backed out. In an interview with Life & Style, he said: "I felt like I had an interesting take on that character and felt like I could have done a good job of playing Christian Grey, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it on in the first place."

"When you put the time into something like that and a character comes alive in your mind, it's heartbreaking not to be able to play him," he added. "It was definitely kind of heartbreaking having to say goodbye to that character and not bring it to life." he added.

British musician and actress Rita Ora, who will play Christian Grey's sister Mia. Ora said in an interview that Johnson is "extremely fun" to work with, and that she's a "gorgeous, great and an amazing actress," that she sometimes felt distracted.

The books by E.L. James is a trilogy, but Universal and Focus have not yet hinted on adaptations of the follow-up film adaptations. It looks like they will still try and see first how this upcoming film will do in the box office.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" will hit US theaters on February 13, 2015.
