Orion European Fund IV, an investment fund sponsored by Orion Capital Managers LLP, has acquired the Domus Shopping Center near Paris from KP Investments, according to Property Magazine International. The financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed in the said report.

Orion managing directer Aref Lahham shared their plans for the newly purchased property: "our business plan is to capitalise on the new tenants and to relaunch Domus with a comprehensive marketing campaign and capital investments to improve the customer experience."

Domus, a 62,874-square-meter structure in Rosny-sous-Bois, was finished in 2006. It is shopping center for home products and various home furnishings. Among its tenants are Alinea, Roche Bobois, Zodio, and BoConcept, the report detailed.

KP Investments, on the other hand, was advised by SCP Cheuvreux & Associés, Osborne Clarke S.E.L.A.S., Landwell & Associés and PwC, Property Magazine International reported.
