Startups have been facing a lot of complicated questions from customers who need immediate response. However, an innovation created by Microsoft can be the answer for advice, reported Venture Beat. The toll-free hotlines called JumpStart were established to help customers and startups alike to give better service, reported Venture Beat.

The initiative may seem odd for those outside of India, but Joseph Landes of Microsoft India said that JumpStart is the answer for “major pain point for startups across the ecosystem in India, irrespective of their stage of maturity, is the lack of real-time support for various critical queries they face.”

JumpStart comes from Microsoft Ventures aiming to help startups answer right away whenever a customer started to vexed questions. The hotline can be contacted during business hours from Monday to Friday. A reporter from Venture Beat tried calling the hotline number 1-800-200-2114 but it cannot be accessed from outside India.
