Tushar Agarwal and Tom Watson established a startup last November to help London startups find the most suitable office space for them. The project is part of the Entrepreneur First program, according to TechCrunch.

Agarwal described their company: "Spacious is the only office rental platform in the world that lists all types of office space suitable for businesses (shared, co-working, standalone, serviced etc.) and wraps the entire transaction from beginning to end. This means Spacious is there to help businesses and office providers find each other quickly and efficiently and then take care of all the admin thereafter (payments, contracts etc)."

Spacious allows startups to browse among the available spaces in its list according to different criteria that they require. The company links startups to entities that have available rental spaces. They are also provided with online contracts, and listing a space on the site is free. The firm takes 10% of every monthly lease secured through the site, the report explained.

As of now, Spacious is still bootstrapped, but a seed funding is in the works this summer, TechCrunch reported.
