Locally owned firm Salon Management Enterprises has purchased all seven branches of Fantastic Sams in the Fox Cities and Green Bay region. Under the terms of the acquisition deal, Salon Management will convert the said branches into its NewStyle Salons brand, according to Post Crescent.

NewStyle currently has three branches in Bellevue, Green Bay, and Apple. The seven converted acquisitions are located in Appleton, Menasha, Grand Chute, Neenah, Green Bay, Suamico, and De Pere, the report detailed.

Glenn Karlov, president of Salon Management Enterprises, said of the deal: "Other than upgrading some of the facilities and re-branding the salons, we plan to offer the same services and prices and want to retain all of the existing staff without exception."

Karlov said NewStyle outlets will still honor all gift cards, coupons, and loyalty cards of Fantastic Sams. He also said the seven acquired locations will maintain the same phone numbers and operating hours, Post Crescent reported.
