Graphite Capital, a UK mid market private equity firm, had announced the sale of Alexander Mann Solutions for GBP260 million to New Mountain Capital, a US private equity firm.

AMS is able to integrate outsourcing capacity as well as consulting expertise to empower organizations to engage and retain the best talent. They have worked with long term contracts with a blue chip, multinational client base. The management services and talent acquisition expertise is able to cover the entire recruitment cycle for every company at any level.

Pioneer in recruitment process outsourcing in the UK Rosaleen Blair had established the company back in 1996. Current staff headcount for the firm includes 2,000 individuals that serve clients in more than 75 countries.

Graphite was advised by Robert W. Baird for investment banking services. Originally, Baird had advised Advent on the GBP100 million sale of AMS to Graphite back in 2007. This had followed the sale of NES Global Talent by Graphite. NES is a recruitment service specific to the oil and gas industry. AEA purchased NES in October 2012.
