MPH Ventures Corp. revealed that it had acquired the North Albany Graphite Property. The newly acquired property is adjacent to the northern portion of the Albany graphite deposit discovery of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. The North Albany Graphite Property covers about 256 hectares that consists of 16 mineral claims. The property is situated inside the Porcupine district of Ontario.

Zenyatta is in its early phases of development and exploration of a premium grade hydrothermal breccia pipe in the graphite-rich deposit it discovered in northern Ontario in 2011. The graphite form the foundation of the beccia pipe. It is the biggest worldwide and is the only known graphite mine of this variety under development.

"The Company feels this is a great acquisition and is complimentary to MPH Ventures other projects all located in northern Ontario. This now gives MPH Ventures exposure to one of the best new discoveries in Ontario. MPH Ventures now has projects with interests in gold, base metals, and specialty (industrial) minerals," President of MPH Ventures Jim Pettit said.
