Jama Software, a product delivery company clinched a USD13 million deal in Series B funding by Trinity Ventures. Madrona Venture Group participated in the funding as well. The product delivery company is set to utilize the funds to double down on its SaaS (Software as a Service) based approach to product delivery and management.

The company also expects to expand its scope in Asia and Europe and to develop deeper integrations with applications of enterprises and famous developer tools.

Without any institutional venture funding in its six year history, the company has still managed to have significant market penetration-with customers counting up to 600. A dozen of these loyal customers come from the Fortune 100, who primarily rely on Jama Software to bring products to every market. The use of the product delivery platform of Jama enables companies to deliver their products more efficiently to markets with less money and time.
