360pi retail price giant announce publicly that the company has sealed the deal with Silverton Partners, a Texas-based company. The deal includes a USD4.1 million contract.

The Texas-based lead-tycoons had former ties with Blacklocus, a former rival of 360pi until its acquisition by Home Depot in 2012. The new capital acquired by 360pi shall buttress the company's position in growth in the business sector, bearing Silverton's expertise in the space.

360pi has set its eye in North American largest retailers checking for competitive prices for similar products.  The largest retail company, 360pi has built a formidable customer base during the last two years amounting to over USD75 billion in retail sales. Some of 360pi featured companies include Best Buy Canada, Overstock.com and Ace hardware.  In addition, 360pi is seeking partnership with the IBM Smarter Commerce team to deliver an integrated price optimization-a price intelligent scheme used in most leading retailers.
