Costco food courts are making a major change that many shoppers will notice right away. Starting this July, the warehouse giant began switching from Pepsi to Coca-Cola for its fountain drinks — and the change will hit every US location by fall.

According to The Coca-Cola Company, "the rollout began across all Costco warehouses at the beginning of July," and fans can expect to see the red-branded soda cups return to food court trays nationwide.

This ends a more than 10-year stretch with Pepsi, which began in 2013.

The move isn't a total surprise. Costco CEO Ron Vachris announced in January that the company planned to "convert our food court fountain business back over to Coca-Cola."

Still, seeing it actually happen is big news for longtime members who remember the older Coke partnership.

Some fans have already spotted the change. Photos shared on Reddit show Coca-Cola logos next to Costco's famous $1.50 hot dog-and-soda combo at several locations.

Coca-Cola confirmed to FOX Business that the transition will stretch across all 14 countries where Costco operates, giving shoppers worldwide access to the iconic drink again.

Costco Swaps Soda Brands as Trump Touts Cane Sugar Claim

The change also comes just as former President Donald Trump claimed on Truth Social that Coca-Cola would begin using cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup.

Though Coca-Cola hasn't confirmed the switch, the claim has added more attention to the brand.

Costco's food courts are a big part of why many customers love shopping there. Whether it's pizza, churros, or the classic hot dog combo, the low prices and reliable menu are fan favorites, NY Post said.

Adding Coca-Cola to the mix may just boost their appeal even more.

Food courts aren't the only extra perk that keeps members coming back. Costco also runs gas stations, optical services, tire centers, and even hearing aid departments. The company says these "ancillary businesses" help drive more visits to its stores.

As of now, Costco operates 908 warehouses around the world, with 625 in the US alone.

Seven more are opening in August across the US, Canada, and Mexico. By the end of the fiscal year, Costco expects to have 914 stores globally.
