BlackBerry's business continued to weaken. The reports today made by analysts suggested that the company must go back to the enterprise market to gain its former glory.

BlackBerry's past earnings report posted losses of US$0.16 each share when analysts only anticipated a US$0.05 loss for every share. Furthermore, the company anticipated to slump even further during the current quarter. Its BB10 ecosystem was shadowed by the progressing Windows phone made by Microsoft. A study from the International Data Corporation showed that Windows currently control 3.2% of the global market in contrast with BlackBerry's diving 2.9%.

From 2007 to 2010, most of the people in the business industry used BlackBerry because it presented actual solutions to their various problems. It was not loaded with thousands of applications but it owned sufficient number of applications that were needed.

The smartphone industry boosted from only 15% of the whole cellphone market in the 2007-2010 timeframe to the present 50%. Analysts said that if BlackBerry would get back to its core principles and get over its panic mode, it would be able to bounce back.
