Crescent Communities has announced earlier today that Jared Ford and Darren Pierce will be joining the Multifamily Development and Operations team as senior vice-president of construction and director of asset management, respectively.

"We take a thoughtful approach to community building, starting with site selection all the way through to the experiences residents have while they live there," stated Crescent multifamily group president Brian Natwick. "Jared and Darren are extraordinary leaders and their respective roles help ensure our vision is carried through each step in the construction of our properties and daily management of those investments."

Ford will be tasked with overseeing all construction projects under the multifamily group, including both third party and in-house construction projects. 

Pierce will be managing both the fiscal and physical aspects of Crescent's multifamily portfolio, with nine years of commercial real estate training and experience of asset management, property sales, acquisitions and due diligence in his curriculum vitae.

Crescent's multifamily group currently has 4,600 units under construction and pre-development under its main 16 multifamily projects.
