TorreyCove Capital Partners, a multinational private equity firm and real assets investment consultancy company, announced today that it hired Heidi Poon for the position of vice president. Poon's last work was at the City of San Jose Retirement Services, where she held the post of investment officer in the company's Investment group.

In her new position, Poon will head TorreyCove Capital Partners' Research Team. She will oversee the analysis, identification, selection, and due diligence of the company's private market portfolio of investments.

She has 15 years' worth of experience in the field, including partnership with the Board of Trustees of the City of San Jose where she led the US$750 million Absolute Return campaign.

Poon holds a master's degree in business administration from Wharton School.
