Chinese news reports that Beijing based-Memblaze has completed Series C funding with $20 million. Investors include Bertelsmann Asia Investments, Israel's Infinity Group, ZTE Corporation's Ding Xing Fund, and Genertec Investment Managers Ltd.

Doximity has received $54 million Series C funding from DFJ and T. Rowe Price which could be the last investment round for the startup before it launches its initial public offering.

Dropbox has obtained an added $350 million in a Series C funding round from its existing investors and major mutual funds, TechCrunch reported citing a filing with the US Sec and a source who confirmed the fundraising.

Dawn Capital led the Series C funding round for software firm eCommera which raised $41 million. Other investors in the round were ePlanet Capital, Westcoast Capital, WPP and WTI, TechCrunch reported.

InterWest Partners led the Series C funding round for content marketing platform NewsCred which raised $25 million. NewsCred's existing backers also participated in the round.

Nexmo, the company that provides messaging and voice capabilities to app developers and enterprises globally, was able to secure $18 million for its Series C funding round.
