Wood Partners sold Alta Aspen Grove, a luxury garden inspired apartment community, to Berkshire Parnters. The 280-unit real estate is located in Littleton, Colorado, spanning 17.5 acres. Wood Partners was represented by Moran & Company, a Denver, Colorado based firm.

The design of the property is transit oriented, eco-friendly and with high-end amenities.

The property, comprised of two-storey and three-storey buildings, is located specifically at 7317 South Platte River Parkway in Littleton. The units in the estates are one to three bedroom in size, equivalent to about 695 to 1,500 square feet.
