It looks like two of the four guest Kombatants coming to the next Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 will not be possibly from the previous list of the rumoured characters to be featured in the popular brawler game.

Mortal Kombat X co-creator Ed Boon is again teasing via his Twitter account the new possible fighters for the Kombat Pack 2 as he posted the images of Havik and Drahmin.

Design & Trend noted that the said images of Havik and Drahmin's now look far more detailed compared to their last appearance in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon launched last 2006.

However, it still uncertain until now to know if this is a sign that they will be playable in Mortal Kombat X. The images might also imply that both characters have a  part in the printed Mortal Kombat X comic book. At this time, fans are still left to the excitement of Boon's guessing game.

To keep the hype going for Mortal Kombat X gamers, Boon tweeted a picture with four unknown characters with a caption saying "Who's next?" Like what he's always doing, teasing the game enthusiasts what to look forward to.

In earlier reports, a host of guest characters can be selected from famous characters such as The Joker, Sektor, Cyrax, Noob Saibot, Elvira, Indiana Jones, Neo, Rorschach, Marcus Fenix, Ash William, Spawn, Alien, Baraka, and Smoke.

Even dinosaurs could be possible Kombatants. Boon's tweet in July of a "Jurassic Kombat" which, could hint the possibility of Jurassic Park characters being included in the next DLC.

Definitely, however, neither Superman nor Batman will be included in the wild cards. As reported by Realty Today, Ed Boon said in an interview that he does not have a desire to cut Batman's head off or to kill Superman.

Similar to first Kombat Pack, the second DLC will still contain four new playable characters but will have a different environment and new character skins. This next set of downloadable contents from NetherRealm Studios is announced to be released within the first half of 2016, perhaps, in April as the game marks its 1st year anniversary.

Mortal Kombat X is released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment confirmed Kombat Pack 2 is under development.
