Steve Cohen, former vice president of sales at White Glove Health, was announced as BenefitMall's new vice president. BenefitMall, which holds its base in Dallas, Texas, is an employee benefits and payroll services provider. Austin Ventures backs BenefitMall.

Cohen's new position as Senior Vice President of Payroll Sales entails responsibility on human resources outsourcing, payrolls, and benefits. Cohen has been in the industry for over 20 years, holding position in several top tier companies. He holds a certification in Six Sigma.

BenefitMall's President and Chief Executive Officer Bernard DiFiore said, "His experience in building national sales teams, paired with his strong background in payroll and sales, makes him a remarkable asset to our growing organization and executive team."

Cohen's past work include vice presidency over White Glove Health, a wellness service company, TriNet, Advantec, and Ceridian Corporation.

Cohen is considered as an expert in payroll sales with background in direct and channel selling.
