'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' producer Jerry Bruckheimer shared the latest on-set photograph on his personal social media account. It showed numerous cast and crew on the filming location as Disney celebrated September 19's Talk Like A Pirate Day. The sequel is also said to help reboot the aging franchise started in 2003.

According to Ace Showbiz, Bruckheimer took to Twitter to share an image taken from the set of the fifth installment of the billion-dollar swashbuckler franchise. It featured several cast and crew members gathering in front of a massive pirate ship amidst tropical huts and a stunning beach. He captioned the photograph, "Happy #TalkLikeAPirateDay from the cast and crew of #PiratesoftheCaribbean 'Dead Men Tell No Tales'".

The upcoming film will be helmed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg and will star Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. He will be joined by fellow returning actors Geoffrey Rush as Captain Hector Barbossa and Orlando Bloom as Will Turner. Newcomers include Javier Bardem as the latest antagonist Captain Salazar as well as Kaya Scodelario as Carina Smyth and Brenton Thwaites as Henry.

An article by Movie Pilot wrote that several new changes to the franchise will occur in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales'. First of all, Scodelario will replace Keira Knightley as a new leading lady while Bardem will rise up as the fresh new villain backed up by a hoard of ghostly pirates. Will and Elizabeth's son Henry will also make an appearance as he goes on a quest to save his father who is cursed to exist as the captain of the Flying Dutchman, Davy Jones.

Scodelario hinted that the fifth film in the franchise will be returning to its roots, according to The Mirror.  She said, "It [does have] a lot more of the first movie [Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl], that's what they wanted to bring it back to... [The producers] want to take it back to the beginning again. They wanted it to have this epic journey, and for it to make sense, and for it to tie things up, and also lead to new storylines."

She added that although she has high praise for Knightley and her portrayal of Elizabeth Swann, she is also excited to play a totally different female character who's equally strong and intelligent.

'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' is a follow-up to 2011's 'On Stranger Tides'. The fantasy-adventure film is scheduled to debut in cinemas on July 7, 2017. It will follow Captain Jack Sparrow's quest to find the legendary Trident of Poseidon to help him defeat the murderous Captain Salazar.
